The short answer
Workzoom walkthroughs run 15 to 60 minutes, shaped to your buying stage.

A brief scoping chat, a focused product walkthrough, or a deep dive: whatever moves you forward. We configure the real platform to your industry, country, and headcount before the call. You see HR, payroll, workforce, and talent working together in one place. Built for organizations with 50 to 5,000 employees.
Other paths
See this first, then book.
Some teams want pricing first, some want country-specific compliance answers, some want to email a question. All three are fine.
See pricing before you book
$4 per employee per suite per month. Build a plan with the live calculator. Check the math against your headcount before you spend 30 minutes on a call.
See country compliance first
Bahamas NIB, Jamaica NIS, Trinidad and Tobago statutory deductions, T4s and ROEs in Canada. Country pages walk through the rules before you sit through a demo.
Email a specific question
Need an RFP answer, a compliance check, or a feature confirmation? Email us. We answer within one business day. Faster than booking a call for a single question.

Before you book the call
What HR and finance leaders ask before scheduling a Workzoom walkthrough. If your question is not here, ask it on the call.
We ask first. The call opens with questions about your org, your team size, your country, the systems you use today, and the friction that pushed you to evaluate. We listen for the operational problem under the software shopping. Then the live product walkthrough drives from your problem inward, not from a feature list outward. You see HR, payroll, workforce, or talent on the screen, configured to your industry and headcount before the call. You ask questions in real time and the demo moves with you.
Pick the length that fits your stage. 15 minutes for a scoping chat where we map your evaluation. 30 minutes for a focused walkthrough on a specific suite and a specific problem. 60 minutes for a deep dive across HR, payroll, workforce, and talent, with pricing math at the end. The calendar above shows all three. If you book 30 and the conversation needs more, we extend right there.
No prep required. The call goes faster if you bring something concrete: an org chart, a payroll edge case, a scheduling rule that breaks your current system, a compliance question your team has been chasing. Workzoom configures the demo to whatever you bring. If you arrive with nothing, we run a discovery sequence and route the demo from your answers. Either path works.
Pricing comes after we understand your scope. Once we see your headcount, country mix, and which suites you actually need, we price it on the call. Workzoom is $4 per employee per suite per month with no setup fees and no annual contracts, so the math is straightforward: count of employees times count of suites times $4. Within 48 hours, we follow up with a written proposal shaped to what you showed us, including timeline, suite roll-up, and totals.
Workzoom is Canadian founded and operated, hosted on AWS. Your data sits in either Montreal (ca-central-1) or Northern Virginia (us-east-1), your choice. AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.2 in transit, role-based access controls, immutable audit logs, and isolated client schemas. Canadian data residency for Canadian customers. Data residency is locked at the contract level, not a runtime setting, so it cannot be moved without your authorization.
Most implementations run four to twelve weeks (twelve to thirty-six for large or complex rollouts), depending on size, scope, and how quickly your team can meet and decide. How fast you go live depends on scope and the time your team commits. Cable Bahamas reached first live payroll in about eight weeks; County of Renfrew was faster with a clean data set. Implementation includes data migration, configuration to your organizational structure, two parallel payroll cycles against your current system to validate every calculation, and admin training, all included in subscription.
Most walkthroughs are evaluation calls, not buying calls. Workzoom does not run a procurement gauntlet. We answer your questions, share live pricing for your scope, and follow up with a written proposal if you ask. If we are not the right fit, we say so on the call and point you at the closest option. Buyers come back when they are ready, sometimes weeks later, sometimes a year. The proposal stays valid.
Workzoom is built for organizations with 50 to 5,000 employees. Smaller teams fit on the platform but the floor is the 50-employee minimum on subscription. Larger teams have moved to enterprise architecture and need a custom evaluation. Named clients range from County of Renfrew (900 employees) to Cable Bahamas (850 employees) to Island Luck (850 across 60+ locations).
