The Workzoom demo is typically about an hour. During that hour you will have the opportunity to control the mouse and access Workzoom directly providing a hands-on experience of the product.

Engaging with your organization’s data during the Experience phase is optional, yet it can significantly bolster the process’s efficacy and authenticity. Rest assured, any preliminary work or data involvement at this stage will seamlessly transition into the Subscription phase, should you opt to proceed. We offer the Experience phase complimentary, affording you the opportunity to gauge Workzoom’s capabilities in addressing your challenges, all without financial obligation or exposure to risk.

During Workzoom’s three-step process, your main responsibilities include providing feedback on your needs, engaging with the platform during the demo and Experience stage, and discussing your specific requirements with our team to ensure a tailored experience.

After subscribing, we will expand the scope and continue to work with you to accomplish more of your objectives through Workzoom. There are still no additional fees for set-up as our pricing is based on a simple and transparent per-employee-per-month model. You can find details and actual pricing here.

Workzoom may not be the perfect fit for every organization. The purpose of the Experience phase is to assess compatibility—where it aligns well and where it doesn’t—in a risk-free, cost-free environment. If, after completing the Experience step, you choose not to move forward, there’s no obligation to continue. We’ll part ways amicably and wish you the best of luck.
